The book is now ready for printing. The files will be sent to the printer next week. The exact date of printing has to be established by the printer, but it is safe to say that the physical distribution of the book to the pre-subscribers will be in the first weeks of May. There is a time lag in logistics and distribution and I am now not able to give an exact date…..
